Frequency Domain Analysis with PML

Dear fellow researchers,
I am working on a model similar to this one to perform Frequency domain analysis and to obtain this graph with Transmission (db) and Frequency (Hz). But, I am unable to get the results due to the following reasons:
1) I don't know which study has been used (Frequency domain or Eigenfrequency) or both? 2) I don't know which source is applied at Line A in these to generate surface waves. 3) I don't know how to get this graph after results? 1D plot group then...?
Example pictures are given what I am talking about. Please any help would be appreciated.
