Hello,
in the equations of Navier and stocks for an incompressible flow (comsol 4.2 in 3D), how to introduce the volumic force of surface tension such as is given by these equations. in this model the Level set method is used to follow the displacement of a free surface. here Φ is the Level set function
ρ ∂U/∂t+ρ(U.grad)U=∇.[-pI+µ(□∇ U+∇U^T )]+F_g+F_st+F_ext+F
F_st=∇.(σ(I-(nnT ))δ) with δ=6|∇Φ||Φ(1-Φ)|
Could anyone give me any hint about this, it would be highly appreciated.
