Cannot open native file

I keep getting the same error everytime I try to compute the simulation for any model. I already reinstalled the software and the same error keeps popping out.
Does anyone has an idea of what is going on and how can I fix it?
COMSOL Error
The following feature has encountered a problem
-Feature: Stationary Solver (sol1/s1)
-Error: Cannot open native file
And in the problem log it is displayed :
Cannot open native file.
- Detail: C:\Documents and Settings\J. Gardu?o\.comsol\v41\recoveries\MPHRecovery9906date_Jun_20_2012_4-28_PM.mph\solution1.mphbin
I thinkg Knowledge Base 1095 has the answer for this, but for unkwon reasons it can't acces it.
