Sapphire materials parameters for eigenfrequency simulation

Hello.
I am trying to simulate the eigenfrequency of a Sapphire (Crystal Al2O3) membrane as a piezoelectric materials. However, I am unable to do that because of some missing parameters related to the Sapphire materials. I am not sure how to obtain them though I searched over internet. Please let me know if you can help me to find those required parameters. Thanks.
