Hello, I want to simulate a vacuum system. The diameter of the chamber is 50 cm and high of the chamber is 40 cm. Argon gas flow through a port. The chamber is connected to a vacuum pump(20 m^3/h) and has a steady-state pressure is approximately 5 mbar. My calculated Knudsen number is <<0.01, can I use Comsol software or say continuum assumption for my simulation?
