How to define a coordinate system along a customized direction

Hi, I am new to COMSOL. I am trying to define a local coordintate system with one axis going through two gemoetry points. How can I achieve it?

You can make a workplane defined via vertices (under Geometry) and then make a System from Geometry coordinate system via the workplane.
