Polysilicon vs. P-Silicon

I have a question regarding materials in Material browser.
Is P-silicon (Polycristalline) equal to polysilicon? Because we have polysilicon too so I am not sure which on I should choose. I need that for my piezoresistive structure and in piezoeesitive section we only have P-Silicon (polycristalline) so I suppose I can choose this if i have a structure in polysilicon. Is that right?
