Joule Heating - maintaining temperature for a specific duration of time

Hello, i've been working on a structure for Joule Heating ( Electric Currents, Heat transfer on solids are the studies) and in 2 seconds the temperature (through voltage) is 75[degC]. I want to minimize the time of reaching the certain temperature at 200msec and try to maintain 75[degC] for 2 seconds. Did anyone know how?
