Why is the loss in unit "rad/m" when asking for emw.dampzdB

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

In my model I solve Mode Analysis for Electromagnetic Waves. For the modes I then ask for the damping with emw.dampzdB. However the Unit i get it in is in "rad/m"

Does it mean that I should devide the result by π to get the "normal" attenuation per meter in dB?
