Modeling mechanical perturbation of cell membrane where do I start.

I have used comsol before for some electrodeposition models and would like to try and expand my use to some bio stuff I am working and am not sure which tutorials I should look into.

I am trying to model the stretching of a cell that is attached to a surface and being probed mechanically by a sub micron tip. For simplicity sake I could likely start with a 2D model of a quarter oval shape which would be asymmetrical about the z-Axis.
I am looking for a model that would help me get started in understanding how to model this and would appreciate your suggestions as nothing really stood out to me when I looked through the model gallery.
