Livelink for AutoCAD 2012 Error (Full version, NOT LT)

Hello everyone,
I am having a major issue where Comsol just isn't recognizing AutoCAD, even though it is running.
It keeps saying:"Failed to connect to AutoCAD. Please make sure AutoCAD is running."
I know that this problem happens with AutoCAD LT, but why is it happening with the full version as well?
Any help on how to solve this would be GREATLY appreciated.

Also, one thing worth adding:
Other Livelink interfaces work, including Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks, For some reason, the AutoCAD Livelink refuses to work and is not recognized at all.
