Hello Ahmed,
COMSOL offers the optional LiveLink for MATLAB product to extend your COMSOL modeling with programming in the MATLAB environment.
But various types of optimizations can also be performed within the COMSOL environment using another optional product called the Optimization Module.
As a starting point, there are many blog entries on optimization that can give you a sense of what can be done.
