Reading Volumetric Velocity at probe

Hello,

My name is Bhavesh. I have difficult to read volumetric velocity at boundary probe in thermoviscous module. I am using ta.v_tz [m3sec-1] this expression for that and it is showing me it is unknown variable. why is it so? Can anybody help me with that?
