Topology Optimization Electric Motor: General extrusion

I'm currently trying to optimize the topology of a electric motor. Can the tool "General extrusion" be used with densities of the density methods? I'm trying to create a symmetry on my rotor, where the topology optimization is computed on one half of the rotor sector and on the other half the solution is simply mirrored. I have put in attachement some pictures of the systems. Thanks

It is easier to use the Linear Extrusion operator.
