Using the results of a previpus computations as an initial in the same study

I have a model of iduction-heating furnace with a "thermocouple" that "moves" downward across it's axis. The aim is to determine temperature distribution acros the axis. The movemet is modeled by using parametric sweep that determine the location of thermocouple on each "step" in stationary study. The "problem" is that the temperature fields in every computation "step" are approximately identical in most of the domains, and i wonder, could I use the results (temperature field) of a previpus computations as an initial for the next one and how could I do that?
