Dimension of a exported data array

I have two model, and I need to graph with matlab the difference. I plot with 1D graph a first model, and export the graph; then i plot with 1D graph the second model, and export the graph. My problem is : the first exported data array has dimension 2x666, the second has dimension 2x487. How I make matching the array dimension? There are a hidden option in 1 D graph?
Thank you

More info : I do this : I copy a .mph file, delete the object of the difference between the two model, and then plot and export. I don't understand why this operation change the array columns from 666 to 487

Hi

there are different ways to join data sets, and to export data, interpolated to have the same domain, check the DataSet - "Join" and "Export" nodes from the doc and the help

Or you must use external programmes such as plots dumped into excel or matlab and treated therein

Good luck
Ivar
