Error in solver

hi,
I am modelling a 3d accelerometer in 4.2a version, during simulation i m getting an error like "out of memory during LU factorization" , could anyone pls tel me why i am gettin dis error..

Change the meshing of the grid to normal or coarser which may resolve the issue
