This is an information message, not an error. Unless the solution fails for other reasons, or is unphysical, you need not to worry.

However, the meassage indicates that the structure of the stiffness matrix is changing in unexpected ways during solution, so there may well be an underlying problem in the physics. As an example, you sometimes encounter this type of message in nonlinear structural mechanics when a structure turns inside-out due to unphysical material data.
