Help with plasma module

Hi, I am trying to use COMSOL to simulate DC discharge in Ar in 0.8 mm x 0.8 mm area. I am trying to start from the very basic problem with a cathode and an anode and I was able to generate some acceptable results regarding the electrons density, however when I try to change the geometry by adding a dielectric material to the left and to the right of the cathode and the anode but once I do that COMSOL put "not applicable" on the walls of the dielectric and between the cathode/anode and the adjacent plates.

The way I add the dielectric is as the following:
1- change the material to dielectric
2- use change conservation with the dielectric.

I am not sure what I do wrong here? Do I have to use Dielectric shielding? I am not really sure when/hwere should i use it. Do I have to use it for example at the boudary line between the Anode/dielectric or Cathode/dielectric.

Please help,

Thanks
