COMSOL can Modeling Human Skin and Optical Heart Rate Sensors?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I saw an example of a photoelectric sensor simulation for human tissue modeling on Zemax. But I don't know which module I should use in COMSOL. Because the property of photons in biological tissues is scattering, it is usually based on the Monte Carlo principle, which does not seem to be the same as the principle of wave optics. How can I simulate the randomness of photon scattering in biological tissues in COMSOL? The above content is reproduced in comsol.
