Coupling thermal-diffusion analyses

I wish to couple diffusion and thermal analyses.
In order to do so I wish to use Stokes-Einstein equation
D= (K*T)/const*eta*R
I know the values of K, eta and R. So the formula is basically: D=const*T, T is the calculated using the thermal application mode. D is effected by temperature changes only.
I want to use the diffusion application mode and define there this relationship.
D is set in the subdomain settings, but I’m not sure how can I model the temperature dependent equation…. Do I need to use the PDE form? As I am not dealing with partial derivatives I didn’t find a reason to do so… but I’m not sure how to model this relationship…
My question is : where do I set this formula?
Also, can I set this formula and solve both application modes simoultanacely? or should I solve first the thermal analysis and than the diffusion?
Thank you,
Yael.
