Yes, I know it is possible, but I don't know how to do that. For example, how do we define boundary conditions and lumped ports for it?

This needs extensive analysis of your project. Partial discharge comes in many flavours. I advise to check application library examples to learn about available BCs, ports and the like. Start simple and increase complexity step by step.
