Generate report with 4.1

I am wondering how to generate a detailed report like the one below in Comsol 4.1.
resource.npl.co.uk/docs/science_technology/time_frequency/mwave_standards/axisymmetric/microdisk_report.pdf

Couldn't find anything comparable in the documentation.

Hi,

Report generation tools are available in COMSOL version 4.2 and later versions, including automatic and user-defined reports in HTML and Microsoft Word formats.

I think the report above is generated with COMSOL 3.3.0.511. The PDF is from 2007. How can that be?

the file states as refererred from 3.3 but the first page top COMSOL logo looks newer, no ?

There was an HTML report generator in version 3. It was not immediately available when v4.0 was launched: we only added it back, with much improved capabilities, at version 4.2. The current report generator (in version 4.3a) is capable of producing documents in the Word format as well as HTML, displays equations with LaTeX-like formatting, offers various levels of completeness to choose from and is customizable.
