Recreating Jet Flow in COMSOL

I have temporal and spatial velocity profiles that I would like to try and recreate in COMSOL. At 0mm from the nozzle (d = 2.4 mm) the velocity is 110 m/s and at 12 mm the velocity is about 100 m/s. It is a 30 ms pulse and fluid is air. I have tried matching these parameters but have not had any luck. I am specifically struggling with time dependence and was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on how to model this effectively. Thank you in advance!

I have attached a screenshot of the velocity profile along with my model.

Hi - you can model only half of the system. Take the symmetry axis r=0 as boundary on the left.
You don't loose any results, but have a more slender model with shorter execution time.
