Electric field between electrodes

I am trying to make a very simple model to calculate electric field between two electrodes in water facing each other(using electrostatics module). I set for the electrode boundaries opposite electric potentials, however when I compute the result that I am getting looks very counter-intuitive, as the field lines are coming out from only the corners and there is no linear field lines between electrodes. I am quite new so there might be boundary conditions missing. Any ideas?

I think you are mixing up the quantities.
In your 2D PlotGroup 2 you plot field contours and not field lines (stream lines). The contours are lines of equal value, in your case the x component of the field strength. This is probably not what you wanted.
In the line graph you see a pretty constant field strength along the line. That's ok. In an arrangement like yours the field is approximately constant between the plates. The potential is linear but that's not what you plotted.
The model is well defined, you must choose the proper quantities in the post processing.
