thermal BC's across the interanl surface between the heat sink and air in the channel

n Model Library : Heat transfer module : Tutorial models: heat sink .
It is considered the temperature filed is continuous across the internal surface between the heat sink and the air channel. first of all :
what about heat flux ? It is considered continuous too or not ? if it is not, What kind of thermal BC's across the internal surface between heat sink and air channel ? Please can you state your answer in equations?

Hi
in NITF the wall (interface boundary of fluid and solid) has a continuity transfer of the heat flux, now the heat arrives at the solid to fluid wall, that is by default in a "no-slip" condition, so the heat must conduct through the air / fluid surface layer first before also mixing by fluid mass motion (transport) and transport is velocity dependent, so no need to add any "convective cooling BC since this is only a lumped "engineering" model of the true solid to fluid heat transfer
