difference between d(P,x) and PTx

I use the thin film flow module (with reynolds equation) to create a journal bearing model.
My question is : what's the difference between d(P,x) and PTx ?
Because d(P,x) is the differentiation of P with respect to x
But what does it mean PTx ?
