3D or 2D simulation of a drop on a silicone surface

Hello Everyone,

I am new to comsol and I need to simulate a a water drop on a silicone surface. This water drop was placed on the silicone surface and i am required to find the force that will make the water drop to move on the surface.

Normally, the lateral force and the mass of the drop will make the drop to move, but here the lateral force and mass of the drop need to act independently.

A centrifugation adhesion balance (CAB) was used to produce an angular force that made the drop to slide on the surface and this is what i am trying to simulate here.
See attached paper of what am trying to simulate and do not know the model that will be perfect for this simulation. any guide will be highly appreciated.
