Displacement between two points

I am very new to COMSOL and I am having trouble with calculating the displacement between two points. I'm using the structural mechanics module and I'm applying a body load to a an object and I want to know the total displacement between two points.
I can plot the individual y displacements of points 12 and 13 as I sweep another parameter (ie a 1d point plot of u for each point), but how/where do make a function that I can plot that gives me the distance between point 12 and 13 ?
Thanks
Fred.
