Viscoelastic in Eigenfrequency analysis

Hi everyone,

I am simulating the elastic wave propagating in two-dimensional phononic crystals by performing eigenfrequency analysis. When I consider the viscocity of the material by maxwell model, I can not get the eigenfrequency, as shown in the attachment.
