Can anyone help me to resolve this error while solving solid structural mechanics problem,

There are 2032 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable mod1.u.

Inf stands for Infinity and occures (at least in Matlab) if you try to divide by 0 or the result of your calculation does not fit into the datatype (like 2^2000).
I think the beaviour of COMSOL is similar.
So check if you set all the required parameters to a resonable value.
