Forces transmitted through a Hinge joint

I would like to create a simple model to evaluate the deformation of a the high bar when a gymnast spins around it. In order to do so I for the moment modelled the gymnast as a simple block for simplicity. I have used the multibody dynamics and set a hinge joint between the block and the bar to perform the desired rotation. I did a time dependent study with the block starting from an horizontal position. As a result the block starts to rotate around the bar due to its own body wieght. However my problem is that the bar doesn't seem to deform under this action as the Von Mises Stress is constant with time. The Von Mises Stress is also constant even when I change the body load. Do anyone see a possible reason for this ?
I attach my Comsol file as I think it will be easier for you to understand my problem.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
