Animation not Updating Plot

I am having some trouble getting an animation working. What I'm trying to do is sweep and electrode across the x-axis and show the electric field interactions as it passes another electrode. I'm able to generate the animation (Stored solutions, outer solutions) in a 2D surface plot. However, while the animation shows the electrode moving across the plane, it doesn't update the electric field plot (it stays static at the last plotted value). Does anyone know how to fix this?
