how to change the range of the color legend?

hello!
just like the following pic.
the max should be 293.17053K and the min should be 293.1705K
but the max and the min in the legend of the following pic are only 293K and not accurate.
so how can i change the color legend?

HI,

In the Preferences dialog box, which you open from the File menu, change the display format (maximum number of digits) for the Color legend to 8 (on the Graphics and Plot Windows page).
