Dirichlet boundary condition is not working properly

I have a model which is rectangular box. My variable is B and the components are Bx and By (2D simulation). I am supplying Bx and By values on the each of the boundaries via Dirichelt boundary condition where it is possible to assign values to normal and tangential components. However, after simulating, I noticed that only tangential component is working on each of the boundaries. Meaning that normal components are not following supplied values. I am wondering why is that. I have checked every step (input file, assigning values, etc) and it seems it should work but it is not working.
Any suggestions?
