Siphon model/ Water air interaction

At the moment I am trying to model a simple siphon situation. I attached a paint picture of what I want to model. Unfortunately I am not able to tell Comsol that there is movement of the water and air. I am able to add gravity to the problem, but then the water stays in the defined area's. I found the switch option in the material toolbox, but I do not really understand how I can use this. I also attached the current best thing I have made in Comsol.
How do I tell Comsol that the water is going to move because of the gravity?
Can somebody help me with this?
