It depends on what you want to get from your simulation.
1) If the drop is going to move relatively fast or displace significantly from its initial position, I'd go with one of the "level set" or "phase field" methods.
2) If it is resting on a substrate and/or experiencing a relatively small deformation and displacement (i.e evaporation, condensation,...), I'd select the "laminar flow moving mesh" as it treats the interface more accurately.
