How to calculate scattering cross section for the array of nanodisc?

I want to calculate the scattering cross section for the array of nano discs. I know how t calculate scattering cross section for the single nano disc. But in case of array when i introduced floquet boundary conditions in this case i get confused where i have to integrate for calculating scattering cross section.
