Position-dependent electric potential

I'm using the axially symmetrical ES module. I have a series of points in my geometry that I need to set to various values, but it follows a simple equation. For the curious, I'm trying to force a uniform electric field and work backwards to see what my geometry would have to look like.
Any way, am I stuck creating a new electric potential node for each point and manually inputting a value? I'd like to pull the x-coordinate (for example) from each point and use that in my function to compute a potential for each point. Is something like that possible?
