Fillet Bezier Polygon

I drew a Bezier Polygon in a Work Plane with the 'Draw Quadratic' functionality. It is a large circle and every 90degrees a 1/2 circle arch (~1/10th the radius of the large circle) is cut from the exterior edge of the large circle.
This results in sharp corners which I want to 'Fillet'. I am able to select the 'Fillet' function for my Bezier Polygon and the radius of the 'Fillet' but when I click 'Build All' the sharp corner is not filleted.
Please see the attached image for the shape and the 'Fillet' which I am trying to perform. I have tried larger and smaller radius of 'Fillet' but it still does not change the Bezier Polygon after I click 'Build All.'

In my experience it depends on the fillet radius. But you mentioned that you have tried different radii. In that case, zoom to the corner you want to fillet. There may be two points very close to each other, the other one being the on the equator of the removed circle - did you remove a smaller circle from the Bezier polygon? If there are two points very close to each other, the maximum fillet radius is the distance between these points.

I do not know if this your case, but this is what I have found.

Thank you! Because the small circle had a radius of ~5mm the 'Fillet' worked when I used a radius of 4mm.
