getting more temperature than solidus temperature while solving friction stir welding simulation.

While solving friction stir welding simulation i am getting more temperature than solidus temperature.which is not acceptable since friction stir welding is a solid state joining process.also some times showing solution not converged.Please can any one help me in this regard.I have attached two files.
