2-D PEM fuel cell model

I've been trying to model a 2-D single PEM fuel with serpentine design.This consists of the membrane,the bipolar plates, channels,gas diffusion layers, and catalyst layers.But I'm having difficulties setting the right boundary conditions for the equations-conductive media(DC),Maxwell-Stefan diffusion and convection, and the incompressible Navier-Stokes.Can anyone help me out with it.Thanks
