Apply a special boundary condition (in a problem of heat conduction)

Hi all,

Is it possible to impose in COMSOL 3.5 a boundary condition where the derivative of the unknown variable {u(x), x in [a, b] } at the boundary is equal to the derivative of the unknown variable just before the boundary?

du/dx @ x=b = du/dx @ x=b-dx

If yes, regarding a heat conduction problem, how could we do this?

For example, can we choose
Boundary condition : Heat Flux
and write in the field k*Tx [(thermal conductivity)*dT/dx ] ?
By the latter choice do we really apply the desired boundary condition?

Thank you,

G.K.
