simulating eddy current loss in 2D axisymetrical setup on electrical steel laminate disk with a radial cut

Hello,

I use MF in 2D axisymertical setup to simulate a 50Hz rotary transformer in time dependent study, to have high accuracy nonlinearity of the core simulated, where the electrical steel laminates made of circular disks and tubes surrounding a copper coil, I need to have a radial cut on all the laminates in real design in order to stop the eddy current which will flow around the axis. But then I think I need to add new physic constraints in phi direction, such that the all the eddy currents in phi directions induce a counteracting electrical field, and hence the sum of all eddy currents in phi direction is 0. can this be done with adding new weak constraint and weak contribution? and how?

can I use Current Conservation node from EC module to achieve this?
