Li-ion battery model, change current rate, does not converge

Hi all,

I am new to COMSOL. Recently I am running a 2D Lithium ion battery model. This model converged at 1C (10A/m2), but aftering increase the current rate from 1C to 3C(30A/m2) this model does not converge any more. Can any one tell me why this happened? Thanks.
