analytic function in curvilinear coordinates

Is it possible to specify an analytic function in COMSOL in terms of the curvilinear coordinate system? I have an irregular geometry and I can define a curvilinear coordinate system using the Curvilinear Coordinate module. Once I have that, I am wondering whether I can prescribe an analytic function in terms of the x, y and z terms in the CC system, such as:
f = A*x'+B*y'+C*z'
where x', y' and z' are the x, y and z coordinates in the CC system.
Thanks.
Best wishes
