温度对扬声器的影响体现在性能和可靠性两个方面。当散热不良、温度过高,可能导致音圈散圈、磁路脱胶、退磁等一系列问题,影响扬声器性能。温度过高还可能造成盆架等不耐温材料的形态改变,导致外观变形甚至破坏。 该模型求解的是扬声器零部件之间的热传导,以及空气的对流问题。通过建模仿真,可以得到功率实验时扬声器音圈、磁路和盆架的温度分布和温升曲线。经过验证,该模型得到的仿真结果与实测结果吻合较好。这对于评估扬声器材料耐温能力和功率实验风险有很好的指导意义。 此模型需要“CFD模块”、“传热模块”和COMSOL Multiphysics®。 The effect of ...
