在对以聚二甲基硅烷(PDMS)为腔道材料的声表面波(SAW)微流控器件建模时,通常采用简化模型来描述PDMS的声学特性。本文以声表面驻波(SSAW)微流控芯片为例,通过三种不同的方式对PDMS腔体建模,利用有限元方法分析了腔体内部的物理场和腔体内粒子的运动过程。对PDMS腔体建模时,分别采用COMSOL中的固体力学、压力声学和声阻抗边界三种方式分析PDMS腔体对微流腔内声场和流场的影响。从结果中我们发现,PDMS中的横波并不会显著影响腔体内的声场和声辐射力场,但会对声流产生较为明显的影响,进而影响受声场和流场作用的粒子运动轨迹 ... Per saperne di più
