Growing demand for alternative green energy conversion and storage has renewed interest in hydrogen technologies such as fuel cells, water electrolyzers, and steam reformers. While this interest has provided new opportunities for sustainability-focused R&D in various industries, the costs and time associated with experimentation can be barriers to production.

Incorporating multiphysics simulation into the R&D process streamlines innovation by providing design engineers with a better mechanistic understanding of a design as well as the ability to account for any physics that may affect the design’s behavior and to flag potential problems well before production.

Tune in to learn how the COMSOL Multiphysics® software's multiphysics modeling capabilities can be used for accurate design that reduces the time and cost of hydrogen technology development throughout the value chain. In this webinar, we will share example applications of using the COMSOL Multiphysics® simulation software to model technology related to hydrogen production, storage and transportation, and energy production. The presentation includes a live demo of setting up and solving a model in the software.
