My simulation shows the following error. Can anyone tell me what does this mean?


The following feature has encountered a problem:
Failed to find a solution.
In segregated group 2:
Very ill-conditioned pre-conditioner.
The relative residual is 1000 times larger than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged.
-Feature: Stationary Solver 1.
-Error: Failed to find a solution.
